User Settings
How to open User Settings
Section titled “How to open User Settings”Click your profile avatar in the top right corner of the platform, then select User Settings from the dropdown. Or navigate directly to https://<your-domain>/#/user-settings.
Account
Section titled “Account”The Account section shows your current name and email address as registered in CoCoCo.
- Name — your display name across the platform
- Email — the address used to log in and receive notifications
To change your name or email, contact your CoCoCo administrator. These fields are managed through the Users section in Identity & Access, not through your own settings.
Preferences
Section titled “Preferences”Language Choose your preferred display language for the CoCoCo interface. Select from the dropdown and save — the interface updates immediately.
Security
Section titled “Security”Change your password
- Enter your Current password
- Enter your New password
- Confirm the new password
- Click Save
If you have forgotten your current password, use the Forgot password link on the login page instead.
