Control: Your Organisation, Instances, Users, Billing and Support
Applies to Control as of 23 September 2026 (source version control v3.4.0). Control is only available in English.
Control (control.cococo.tech) is where you manage your organisation’s CoCoCo subscription: its instances, the people who may use them, billing and support. You sign in with your CoCoCo ID. The daily work with machines, planning and workflows happens in your instance, not in Control.
The menu has five entries: Home, Instances, Users, Billing and Support.
A new organisation sees a setup checklist with five steps, in any order:
- Organisation created
- Activate billing — finish your subscription to unlock provisioning
- Invite your team
- Provision production — set up your main instance
- Add a sandbox (optional) — a safe place to try upgrades and workflows before production
Instances
Section titled “Instances”Each organisation has one production instance and one optional sandbox: Two instances max per organisation — one production, one sandbox. The sandbox is a safe copy of production for testing versions and jobs before they go live.
Users & access
Section titled “Users & access”The Users page lists everyone in your organisation with their Role, the instances they can reach (Access) and their Status.
- There are two roles: Owner and Member.
- Only owners see Invite people, can change a member’s role, remove members and revoke pending invitations.
- When inviting someone, you enter their email address and choose which instances they get access to (Give access to).
- Every organisation needs at least one owner.
Billing & licence
Section titled “Billing & licence”Your plan, invoices and licence status, powered by Stripe. Until the subscription is set up, the page asks you to finish onboarding first.
Support
Section titled “Support”The Support page shows your support plan and lets you send a request to the CoCoCo team with Open a ticket: enter a Subject and the Details, then click Send.
