How to Create a Production Cell
What is a Production Cell?
Section titled “What is a Production Cell?”A Production Cell is a named group of Work Centers. It represents a functional area of your production floor — for example Digital Printing, Finishing, or Binding.
Production Cells help you organize your Work Centers and make it easier to assign jobs to the right area.
How to create a Production Cell
Section titled “How to create a Production Cell”- Go to Data → Production Cells (via the top Data menu)
- Click + Add Production Cell
- Enter a Name (e.g.
Digital Printing) - Optionally add a Description
- Click Save
Once created, you can add Work Centers to this cell.
