Platform Overview
What is CoCoCo?
Section titled “What is CoCoCo?”CoCoCo — short for Connect, Combine, Collaborate — is an open integration platform built for the print industry. It connects your machines, people, and production data in one place, and lets you automate the workflows that keep your operation running.
At its core, CoCoCo gives you three things:
Visibility — You see what’s happening across your production floor in real time. Which machines are running, which jobs are in progress, where things are stuck.
Integration — CoCoCo connects to your existing machines and systems via standard protocols (MQTT, HTTP, JMF, SQL). No rip-and-replace. It works with what you already have.
Automation — You define workflows that react to events automatically. A job comes in, gets validated, routed to the right machine, and tracked through to completion — without manual intervention.
Who is it for?
Section titled “Who is it for?”Admins set up the platform — inviting team members, managing access rights, connecting machines, and configuring workflows.
Production managers use dashboards and tools to monitor jobs, handle exceptions, and keep things moving.
Shopfloor staff interact with the platform at terminals to report progress and receive job instructions.
How it’s structured
Section titled “How it’s structured”Users, Teams & Policies — who has access and what they can do.
Networks & Devices — how your machines connect to the platform.
Work Centers & Production Cells — how your physical production resources are modeled inside CoCoCo.
Jobs & Orders — the work that flows through your operation.
Workflows — the automation logic that reacts to events and moves things forward.
