How to Create an Invoice
Invoice types
Section titled “Invoice types”| Type | Use case |

| Credit Note | Corrects or cancels a previous invoice |

How to create an Invoice
Section titled “How to create an Invoice”- Go to Data → Commercial → Invoices
- Click + New Invoice
- Select the Customer and optionally link to an Order
- Add Line Items with quantities and amounts
- Set the Due date and Payment terms
- Click Save as Draft, then Issue when ready
Creating directly from an Order
Section titled “Creating directly from an Order”- Open the completed Order
- Click Create Invoice
- Line items are pre-filled from the Order
- Adjust if needed and click Issue
Credit Notes
Section titled “Credit Notes”- Open the original Invoice
- Click Create Credit Note
- Adjust the line items to reflect what is being credited
- Issue the credit note
Invoice status and payment
Section titled “Invoice status and payment”An Invoice carries its own status as it moves from draft to settled:
Draft → Sent → Partially Paid → Paid — and may also be Overdue, Void (cancelled), or Credited (offset by a Credit Note).
Payment is tracked separately, so you can see where money stands at a glance:
Unpaid → Partially Paid → Paid — plus Overdue, Refunded, or Written Off.
